Matt graduated from the University of Oklahoma with his Masters as a Nurse Practitioner in May of 2003. Over his 20 plus years of practice he has specialized in Family Practice, Urgent Care and has had experience in Cardiology. He is originally from Beggs, Oklahoma and currently resides there with his wife and kids.
APRN-FNP
Carlyn has over 19 years’ experience in the healthcare field. She first started her healthcare journey as a Certified Surgical Technologist, which fueled her desire to care for people even more.
Client Service Specialist
Heather is the new Client Service Specialist at our office and brings a warm, welcoming presence to the team. A Sapulpa local, Heather is known for her excellent people skills and is always ready to assist with a smile.

Jessica has over 7 years of experience in the healthcare field. Her journey began at St. Francis Children’s Hospital in Tulsa. From there during the pandemic, Jessica took her commitment to healthcare further by traveling across the country to assist in the fight against COVID-19.
